- Mr. Subhash S Javali, is a Commerce Graduate. He qualified in the year 1981 and is in the profession since then, and has completed 33 years in practice.
- A hardcore professional and concentrates on providing the best of the professional service to the clients.
- He has wide contacts with the professionals of other fields, and helps the Clients in solving their issues not only in the field he has been engaged but in other fields also.
- Over the years he has built very strong and dedicated team of professionals who are well trained under his guidance, and provide best professional services to the clients.

- Uttam Chand is a commerce graduate and a fellow member of the institute of Chartered accountants of India.
- He completed his articles in Mumbai with Mittal and associates and qualified in the year 2007. After his qualification he joined the firm as Audit Manager.
- He is very knowledgeable and methodical in his work, and sincere in his approach. Considering his professional qualities, he has been made the Partner of the Firm
- During these years he has handled various assignments like audit, taxation, VAT, TDS, bank branch audit and secretarial work, Service Tax

Siddartha Javali is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,having more than 8 years of corporate experience. He specializes in Indirect Taxes, Valuation of Business and Transfer Pricing. He is currently a partner of S S Javali & Associates, Chartered Accountants leading the Indirect Tax team of the firm.

Prior to this he was part ofthe Indirect tax team of KPMG, Bangalore. He has also worked with Dawn Consulting, a Bangalore based firm, specialised in Valuation of Intellectual Property and Business.
